Rich terminal rendering for pd-cds --verbose output.

pd_cds_cli.output.print_verbose(ctx, result)

Render the resolved CLI options and the command's stdout.

Draws two panels: a table of the global options currently active on the context's ApiClientState, and the raw stdout captured from the native-client run.

Parameters:

The active Typer context whose obj is an :class:pd_cds_api.ApiClientState.
